Great visit! Positive: The apartment was beautiful and in a great location to Old Quebec. Restaurants and shopping were in close proximity. Access to the building and apartment was made very easy and they even accommodated a much earlier check in for us. Our questions were answered promptly and overall it was a great experience. Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all who doesn’t prefer their own bed! Wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

Fell far short of expectations. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location is great though. Positive: - The location is excellent. Central and convenient. - The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware. - The shower pressure was strong and reliable. Negative: This is an honest review from someone who has given 9s and 10s on the last 7 stays through Booking.com. Unfortunately, this apartment fell far short of expectations. We ended up leaving 1 day early because the beds were unbearable. - The main bed in the bedroom creaked so loudly with every movement that it woke my son throughout the night. The pull-out sofa was no better - the mattress was thin, springy, and uncomfortable. Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs every morning after restless, broken sleep. We just couldn’t stay for the final night of our booking. - No sheets were provided for the pull-out couch, despite calling twice. My husband had to sleep on it without sheets for two nights before anyone finally brought them on day 3. - The apartment layout is awkward: you walk directly into the bedroom from the outside door. This wasn't a make or break issue, but not ideal for families, or for anyone who dislikes having an exterior door open directly into their sleeping area. - Only 1 coffee pod was provided for 2 adults. Again, not a big deal but speaks to attention to detail. - The air conditioner leaked steadily, with water damage visible on the wall, floor and couch. Despite reporting it, no one came to look at it for 3 days. - The TV is very outdated and not a smart TV. Was not an issue for us but an observation. - Heat pump at night is very loud -The shower itself had good water pressure, but access was extremely awkward - you have to maneuver around the toilet to get in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with mobility or balance issues. - Overall, it didn’t feel like the owners or management company cared or took pride in guest comfort. We chose this apartment because of the location and positive reviews, but were left regretting our decision. A good night’s sleep is the most basic expectation of any stay, and this property fails on that front. Comfortable beds shouldn’t be sacrificed for a good location. We left a day early.

Positive: Having the code at the front door and lock box for the apartment was very convenient. Great location for excellent food and you can easily walk to everything you want to do in old town. Negative: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Positive: Everything really. A little weird position of the bedroom- right of the door to the hallway, but rooms location in the hallway assured very little or no disturbances from other guests. Beautiful apartment, location, interior. Will visit again

Positive: Localização, cozinha completa, Negative: Apartamento pequeno, longe de supermercados, internet instavel

Negative: Ménage non fait lors de l’arrivée, à 17h. Nous avons dû aller marcher pendant une heure pour attendre que le ménage soit fait. Aucune compensation, hôte impoli et désagréable.

Positive: L'emplacement est parfait. Avoir tout l'équipement nécessaire est agréable. La propreté des lieux ainsi que la tranquillité. Negative: Le divan lit est un peu usé et pas très confortable. La 2e nuit, nous avons mis le matelas au sol pour plus de confort.
